Group Registration
If you would like to register as a group, please provide the documents below and submit them to the secretariat.
After checking the submitted documents, the secretariat will guide you to pay the registration fee.
* The information you need to fill out in the documents below is your name, affiliation, and contact information.
* If you register more than 10 people, you can proceed with group registration.

All credit card charges will be made by merchant name: KDA
Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration system.
Only VISA, MasterCard and JCB are accepted.
All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank service charges are to be paid by participant.
A copy of the bank transfer statement must be sent to the secretariat via e-mail at ickda.official@gmail.com.
Please note that the sender’s name should be the same as the registrant’s name in order for us to identify the registrant. If the sender’s name is not the same as the registrant’s name, please inform the secretariat via e-mail at ickda.official@gmail.com.

Registration Receipt
Official receipts will be issued to the registrant at [My Page].
If you do not receive receipt on your [My Page], please contact the secretariat via e-mail at ickda.official@gmail.com and we will email you the receipt.
Substitution Policy
Registered delegates who are unable to attend mat send an alternate i.e.one-for-one substitution at no extra charge.
Substitution request must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat before November 10, 2023

Substitution request received after the deadline will be subjected to a processing fee of USD 50.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at ickda.official@gmail.com.
No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period.
All refunds will be made within 2 months after IC-KDA 2023 and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Bank transfer admission fee (USD 50) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.
